Rebellions CEO, Park Sung-hyun, who boasts a rich background in AI and semiconductor systems, having worked with Intel, SpaceX, and Morgan Stanley, will lead the new entity. This development is set to position Korea as a formidable player on the global AI stage.

Strategic Merger and Global Ambitions

The strategic merger is expected to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate the company’s ambitious technology roadmap. Rebellions aims to propel its AI chip, Rebel, into international markets, focusing particularly on the US, Saudi Arabia, and Japan. Collaboration with SK Telecom will be crucial in achieving tangible results in the global AI data center sector.
