AI Revolution in Aerospace: TCS Launches New Hub in Toulouse
This new facility is poised to be a powerhouse of AI-driven innovation, enhancing fuel efficiency, developing advanced materials for lighter aircraft structures, and implementing predictive maintenance. These advancements are expected to reduce downtime, improve safety, and enhance the overall passenger experience.
Anupam Singhal, President of Manufacturing at TCS, stated, “By harnessing the power of AI and our deep domain expertise, we aim to achieve new heights of efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. Together, we are not just shaping the future of aircraft production but enabling future-ready skies.”
Expansion in France
The Toulouse center marks TCS’s fourth delivery hub in France, joining others in Lille, Poitiers, and Paris-Suresnes. With 30 years of presence in the country, TCS continues to support some of the largest European businesses, including CAC 40 companies, in their digital transformation journeys. The company plans to double its workforce in the region, bolstered by the recent launch of its innovation hub, TCS Pace Port, in Paris.
‘Glocal’ Approach
TCS’s ‘glocal’ approach—merging local engagement with global capabilities—will be crucial in replicating the success of its existing delivery hubs. Rammohan Gourneni, Country Head for France, TCS, emphasized, “Our ‘glocal’ model, combining proximity with key industrial players and cutting-edge international expertise, is a real asset. This new center of excellence brings together the best local talent and mobilizes the entire international know-how of our group to offer sharp advice and flawless project execution to aerospace players.”
Driving Growth and Innovation
The delivery center is set to drive significant growth for TCS in the French market, supported by local talent, academic partnerships, and TCS’s extensive capabilities in the region. By fostering a collaborative environment, TCS aims to accelerate recruitment and innovation, ultimately revolutionizing the aerospace and defense sectors through AI.
